As an organizational psychologist, she has over 19 years of experience in the field of human resources management.
Jelena is one of the pioneers of employer branding in Croatia. She gained practical experience as an in-house Employer Brand Manager at A1 Croatia and Photomath (now part of Google). In 2023, she founded INSPO Consulting Ltd., a company specializing in HR and employer branding.
She collaborates with numerous startups and companies of various sizes and industries.
